"Called and spoke to Trey about getting insurance for a home I was purchasing. He kept insisting that this house had solar panels (it doesn't) and that I needed to insure the contents for 75% of what I insure the house for...I assured him that I didn't own that much. He told me to call back the next day and he'd have a quote worked up for me and indicated he had a work around for the 75%. I called him back and he was silent...I reminded him I was calling for the quote he promised...he'd done no work. I sat there on the phone while he went through from the start and ignored everything we knew abou the solar not existing and insuring my contents for less. He then spit out a quote with a deductible of 1% and I asked if there were options for the deductibles (I knew there were) and he said .5% was as low as they could go. I asked if they could go higher (I knew they could from when I tried to get a quote from State Farms website) and he said yes. I literally had to follow up and ask for those quotes...it was like pulling teeth. After about 20 minutes of this nonsense I needed to get off the phone and back to work so I asked him to email me the quotes and he said he would. Meanwhile, I called Britney Golsch over at Houchens and she got me a quote pronto and emailed it over just as I asked. And she didn't pad it with things I didn't need...much better price than State Farm as well. Trey didn't care much about retaining a State Farm customer of nearly 4 decades and I'm happy to give my business to someone who does care."

"I thought working with a local agency would give me quality customer service, but I was mistaken - communications were delayed or ignored on multiple occasions. I do see where their employee gave a glowing Google review on her experience as a customer, though. Unfortunately, she doesn't give the same professionalism as she received. How regretful."

"If you’ve been looking to switch your insurance, I highly recommend Curt and his team! They are very professional and knowledgeable. I also love that if I’ve ever had an issue, I get to directly speak to one of them vs someone overseas I can’t understand. I’ve been throughly impressed with them. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Make the switch to State Farm with Curt, you won’t regret it!"
